The Sqay Martial Arts players from Sanskriti KMV School brought laurels to the school by winning the award for the best player. Recently, in the 37th National Games held in Goa, Sqay Martial Arts players Shivankar Pratap Singh, Shiva Arora, Kashvi Sibal, Jasmin Bhogal, and Simranjeet Kaur, coached by Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh and Rosy, achieved the remarkable feat of winning bronze medals for Punjab in the school’s first-ever participation in Martial Arts. Recognizing this achievement, the Punjab Sports Department rewarded the victorious athletes with a cash prize of two lakh rupees each.In celebration of Republic Day, all Sqay Martial Arts players of Sanskriti KMV School who received cash awards were honored by the District Administration’s Chief Guest, Finance Minister Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema, along with MP Sushil Kumar Rinku, MLA Raman Arora, Sheetal Angural, Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal, and Rajya Sabha Member Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal. The athletes were presented with gold medals and certificates, symbolizing the recognition of their excellence. For this notable achievement at the state level, Arya Shiksha Mandal’s President Shri Chander Mohan and Principal Ms Rachna Monga congratulated the players, parents, and coaches and encouraged them to continue excelling in sports in the future.
