The session aimed to create awareness among young minds about the growing concern of substance abuse and its far-reaching impact on an individual’s physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.Through meaningful insights and engaging interaction, the students were sensitised to the harmful consequences of drug addiction and the importance of making informed, responsible and healthy choices. The session beautifully emphasised the power of self-discipline, inner strength, positive thinking and strong values in overcoming negative influences and resisting the temptations that may lead to addiction.The seminar encouraged students to recognise that true freedom lies in having control over one’s choices and being courageous enough to choose what is right.
