Sanskriti KMV School paid tribute to nation’s great leader Mahatma Gandhi.
Marking the 150th birth anniversary of Gandhi ji, school joined the nation’s fervor through series of week long events encompassing the various arenas of Humanity.
Gandhi Jayanti celebrations began with a march of nationalism, themed “गर्व से गौरव”. School Principal, students, staff and parents marched together, vowing for the clean environment, ethically strong vision and action that demonstrates the eleven principles of life given by Gandhi Ji weaved in “रघु पति राघव राजा राम”. Students also carried the message of safe society, peace and harmony.
Students witnessed documentary show “मानव से महात्मा” dedicated to moral duty and development.
A fancy dress show was held for the Primary Wing, staging Mahatma Gandhi in different roles with a theme “मैं भी गाँधी”. In her marked address, Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, mentioned that such occasion enriches our lives with positive thinking.
Young generation must follow good steps and lead others towards goodness. The events infused all with a pride of being an Indian.
