Sanskriti KMV School flagged two days District Level Chess Tournament in its campus, giving platform to more than 400 students from the District schools to prove their mettle in playing Chess. The event was inaugurated by Mrs. Rachna Monga, Principal, Sanskriti KMV School, with a Chess move. On this occasion, through her inspiring address to all the participants, mentioned that chess plays a vital role in the mental development and instills moral character too by binding the player with a thought process and a winning move.
Participants are from the schools namely Cambridge International School, Apeejay School, Seth Hukam Chand S.D. Public School, Innocent Hearts School, MGN School, Adarsh Nagar and Urban Estate, IVY World School, Guru Nanak Public School, Parvati Jain Sr Sec. School and Sanskriti KMV School. On this occasion all the members of the Technical and organising committee were also present – Mr. Varun Kumar, Mr. Dinesh Geda, Mr. Geetansh Rajpal, Mr. Anurag, Mr Sanjay Kundra, Mrs. Balwinder Kaur, Ms Rosy Lakhi and Dr. Pradeep Kumar. Mrs. Rachna Monga, Principal heartily congratulated the Sports department for the event and wished good luck to all.
