Sanskriti KMV School hosted District Level Chess Tournament, giving platform to more than 150 students from 14 school from the District to prove their wisdom of playing Chess.
The event was inaugurated by Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, Sanskriti KMV School, and Mr Harinder Pal Singh, District Education Officer.
On the inaugural day, the chess series of U-14 Category commenced with high spirits. Participants from the schools namely Cambridge International School, Apeejay School and Seth Hukam Chand School cleared the first round to step into the second day event.
On this occasion all the members of the organising committee were also present. Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal in her inaugural note to the teams wished them good luck for the tournament.
