Preparing oneself to keep a balance between mental health and work, was an aim of the workshop on Mindful Solutions for the staff, by Sanskriti KMV School through a one day interface by Dr. Anjleen Kaur Uppal, an eminent resource person, Honorary Doctorate in Public Mental Health and a Director of Divine Healing Mandala(ISO certified).
Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal greeted Dr. Anjleen Kaur Uppal with an eco-token and shared her affirmations for much required space for self care for the staff, their families and the students, through the session.
Session was dedicated towards a thought process on mind development, creating balance between conscious and unconscious mind, accumulating positive memories for good mental and physical regime.
Dr. Uppal, while detailing on the topic through exercises for staff, added that even chronic diseases can be healed with mental power and good practices.
Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal thanked Dr. Anjleen Kaur Uppal and the team for an extensive interface, much needed for mindful solution and spiritual healing.
