NO LAND, NO PROBLEM stole the show.
Sanskriti KMV School bagged top distinctive position in CBSE Regional Level Science Exhibition held at MGN School, Jalandhar from 7th Jan to 9th Jan. 2018 under the sub-theme Resource Management and food Security, making its way to National Level CBSE Science Exhibition to be held in 2018.
In total 127 schools participated from the Punchkula region with 300 models in various categories.
Under the inspirational guidance of Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal and the science head teacher Mrs Sawinder Kaur, students-Isha Verma of grade X and Anshika Jain of grade IX, presented the model- NO LAND, NO PROBLEM focusing on the idea of better water ways utilization and junk utilization for growing three tier agricultural floating farms.
Model conveyed a good solution for the poor farmers to grow vegetables and culture fish in the moving rafts to fulfill the growing demand of food in vitamin, mineral and protein content.
Second model was presented under the sub theme- Digital Technological solutions, titled Robotic Arm which was programmed and controlled by Harmit Singh and Arnav of grade X provided a technological solutions to people having physical deformities. Model received an appreciable note from the jury.
Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, heartily congratulated the teams for their excellent presentation and mentioned it as a laurel for the institution keeping on the school tradition.
