Stepping In Code – Students

Pre-Primary

Summer		Winter
Nursery	9:00 am to 12:30  pm	Nursery	9:30 am to 1:00  pm
LKG and UKG	8:00 am to 12:30 pm	LKG and UKG	8:30 am to 1:00 pm

Classes I to X

Summer	8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Winter	8:30 am to 2:30 pm

Classes XI and XII

Summer	8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Winter	8:30 am to 1:00 pm

1. All Saturdays are off for Pre-Primary.
2. II and IV Saturdays are off for Grade I-XII.
3. School timings are subject to change as per State Administration orders. School informs about immediate orders through School App. Parents must be the registered users of School App.
4. Students must be punctual to school.
5. Students availing school transport must be at the pick up point before time.
6. Students on self conveyance mode must reach the school  with in the specified time.
7. Students must walk into the school premises through the foot corridor only.
8. Early departure of the students is only with the permission from school’s admin desk.
9. Only parents can pick their ward  with prior information. In no case is the student allowed to go with friends, relative or unknown person unless and until informed by the parents in writing.
10.  Medical emergency  is promptly  acted upon.

Stepping In Code – Parents

1. Parents must observe latest school circulars put up on the gate notice board.
2. Parents  must  visit school on PTMs within the specified time. Other than this, parents may meet the teachers only when called upon at the specified time or appointment taken  from the school’s admin desk.
3. Parents visiting the school to pick or drop their ward must, wait at the marked place. They must not enter the main campus or classes.
4.  Parents can take their ward only through the gate pass. Frequent  pick ups will be disallowed in the absence of valid reason.
5. Parents visiting the school for admin related work must come with in working hours only.
6. In case of any document collection from the school admin desk, come upon on telephonic call only.
7. Meeting with the school Principal is strictly on appointment only.
8. Visiting hours with teachers are from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm in Summers and from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm in Winters.

Stepping In Code – Visitors

1. School welcomes the prospective visitors visiting the school for admission enquiry or official reason. School recommends the visitors to seek telephonic appointment over walk in visit, to avoid any inconvenience.
2. Visitors must follow the school entrance security system and provide authentic information and purpose of visit.
3. Visitors must visit school reception for further requirement. Approaching any other area in the campus/staff will invite security intervention.
4. Carrying any harmful objects/weapon/chemicals or smoking  inside the campus is strictly  prohibited. In such a case entry will not be permitted.
5. Meeting with the school Principal is strictly on appointment only.

By all means, adherence to school discipline system is for the safety of all. Abide by it as a Responsible citizen.
