Sanskriti KMV School hosted Sahodaya Interschool Jingle Writing Competition for Teachers. As a tribute to Dr. S Radha Krishnan Ji, a competition for the teachers was held to arouse their concern, expression and innovation to wave off social evils.
The contest was in three languages English, Hindi and Punjabi covering the aspect of clean environment, open toilets and food wastage. 90 participant teachers from 30 schools with in all participated in the event of expression and innovation.
The jury panel included subject experts Mr Dheeraj Jalota, Dr. Harpreet Kaur and Dr. Santosh Sood. In English category: First position was bagged by Doaba Public Sr. Sec School, Hoshiarpur, followed by Apeejay School, Rama Mandi and La Blossoms Usmanpur, third position was taken by Sanskriti KMV School.
In Hindi category: First position was taken by DIPS, Uggi, Second position by DIPS Hoshiarpur, third position was shared by Daya Nand Model School and Dhilwan International Public School, Dhilwan.
In Punjabi Category, first prize was bagged by GEMS Cambridge International School, Hoshiarpur, second by Doaba Public School, Hoshiarpur and third prize by STS World School, Rurkan kala. Overall winner trophy was presented to Gems Cambridge International School.
Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, congratulated all the winners and extended good wishes for their hearty participation in the event.
