Sanskriti KMV School hosted Jalandhar Sahodaya Inter School Group Song Competition 2017, with the participation of more than 40 schools all over Punjab. The Mega Melodious event commenced with the auspicious beginning and formal welcome of the field experts as Judges, Ms Seema Chadha, HOD Department of Vocal Music, SD College and Mrs Kulwinder Kaur Former HOD Music Department, HMV, Jalandhar.
The event themed on patriotism, provided a tough competition for all the participating teams. Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, in her appreciation address to the school teams, mentioned that Music as the universal art, plays an important part in developing life skills and such performances add to their confidence and respect towards their learning. Being the number of teams more, the event was held in two groups.
