Sanskriti KMV School is the host for Punjab School ZonalTournaments 2022 for Basketball and Volleyball Matches for both boys and girls from 22nd August to 29th August 2022.The mega sports tournament is the first of its kind after the pandemicphase hence excitement is euphoric amongst the participating teams from schools of Jalandhar East 1 region.More than 300 players (boys and girls) are participating in the series of Basketball and Volleyball Matches U-14-17-19 year category.The tournament series got an inaugural rise with the release oftricolour balloons by Honourable Chief Guest Mr Bawa Henry, MLA,Jalandhar North and Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal as well as aChairperson, Organising Committee, Punjab School Zonal Tournament 2022.Honourable Mr Bawa Henry on his address to the players expressed his extreme happiness and satisfaction to see the strong interest andcapability of the students in the field games, especially girls. He also mentioned Sanskriti KMV School is evidently ahead in hosting large scale sports events and polishing sports talent in the region. He asserted that in the phase of technological era, playing team games is a perfect way to build stamina, good health and be vigilant in all prospects.He congratulated Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal and the organising committee being the host for the mega opening event and empowering all the young players to come together for healthy competition with truesports spirit. Mrs Rachna Monga thanked Mr Bawa Henry for hisgracious presence and wished good luck to all the school officials and the participating teams.
