Assessment for Pre-Primary
Nursery – No Periodic examination. Daily assessment will be held on regular basis.
LKG and UKG – *Session assessment will take place in two Terms-I and II.
*Monthly assessment on the basis of classroom performance behaviour, attitude and worksheet.

Note:-
- No leave will be granted during the examination except on medical grounds with due information and permission from the School Head.
- No exam will be rescheduled in case the student is absent on the exam day.
- Students from IX to XII must ensure their punctuality on the Practical assessments schedule dates.
- No leave will be granted during exam days on any grounds and in case child is not appearing for exam, he / she will be marked absent and no re-exam will be taken.
- School keeps special provision for the extra classes for grades IX to XII during summer and winter vacations and also during the working days. Parents must confirm it before planning their outings during the holidays well in time to avoid inconvenience.

75% attendance is compulsory as per CBSE guidelines to appear for Final Term examination.

Note
- General PTM is held in the second half of the last working day of the month. On the last working day of the month, the school gets over after four periods for students and parents can meet the teachers. No separate circular will be given for monthly PTM.
- During the examination days, a different time table will be followed, intimation of which will be given well in advance.
- It is for the convenience of the parents that, parents may meet/ may be called by the teacher between 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm in summers and winters 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm on school working days, for the update about their ward. Parents must avoid meeting the teachers during school arrival hours or giving call during the school hours for non-urgent matters.
- Gate pass will not be issued during examination.
