Grade III to VIII

Unit-1 – Second Week of May 2026
Term-1 – Second Week of September 2026
Unit-2 – Third Week of December 2026
Term-2 – Fourth Week of February 2027
New Session 2026-27 will begin in April – 2026

Grade IX to XII

Unit-1 – Second Week of May- 2026
Term-1 – Second Week of September -2026
Unit-2 – Third Week of December 2026 (IX & XI)
Pre Boards – December. 2026 (X & XII)
XII Board Practicals – January 2027
Final Term – First Week of February 2027 (IX & XI)
Final Board Examination – February – March 2027

X and XII Term- 1, Pre Boards and Board Exams schedules are subject to CBSE updates.

Note:-

1. No leave will be granted during the examination practical days, except on medical grounds with due information to and permission from the school head.
2. No exam will be rescheduled in case the student is absent on the exam day.
3. Students from IX to XII must ensure their punctuality on the Practical assessments schedule dates or else the student will be marked absent.
4. No leave will be granted during exam days on any grounds and in case child is not appearing for exam, he / she will be marked absent and no re-exam will be taken.
5. School keeps special provision for the extra classes for grades IX to XII during summer and winter vacations and also during the working days. Parents must confirm it before planning their outings during the holidays  well in time to avoid inconvenience.

75% attendance is compulsory as per CBSE guidelines to appear for Final Term examination.

Note

1. General PTM is held in the second half of the 4th Saturday of the month. No separate circular will be given for monthly PTM.
2. During the examination days, a different time table will be followed, intimation of which will be given well in advance.
3. It is for the convenience of the parents that, parents may meet/ may be called by the teacher between 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm in summers and winters 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm on school working days, for the update about their ward. Parents must avoid meeting the teachers during school arrival hours or giving call during the school hours for non-urgent matters.
4. Gate pass will not be issued during examination.
