The second and final day of District Level Chess Tournament, hosted by Sanskriti KMV School, concluded with the valedictory note and Prize Distribution.
In U-14 category Sanskriti KMV School girls bagged the first position followed by Cambridge International School, APJ School and CJS School.
U-17 category winner – Cambridge Int. School Co.ed. followed by Cambridge International School and APJ School.
U-19 girls category winner was Cambridge Int. School.
For U-14 and U-17 boys category was sweeped by Cambridge Internanational School, Jal.
U-19 boys of MGN Public School cbagged the first position followed by Police DAV Public School.
Chief Guest Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Secretary District Tournament Committee and Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal awarded the winner teams with the trophies.
In her gratitude note to the District Sports Committee, Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, expressed the strong interest and support of the school in hosting such events in future to upbring the children in the field of sports, and this is the real need of an hour.
